Recent actions taken by our federal government with regard to unfunded mandates for programs we cannot afford are very troublesome, to say the least. Congress bankrupts future generations by spending trillions of dollars without any concern for how to pay for it. Regulations and mandates micromanage our daily lives. Governor Lynch has failed to protect New Hampshire. He has chosen the interests of his political party over the interests of our citizens.

It is time we defend New Hampshire. The most responsive, most effective government is the government closest to the people. We must stand up to federal power-grabs, regardless of whether the federal government is controlled by Democrats or Republicans. I will join other states in the lawsuit to fight ObamaCare’s unfunded mandates and intrusions into individual rights.
